Mr. Vishwanath Swamy, Ph.D
Scientific Mentor.
Dr. Vishwanath Swamy is a well experienced chemistry professional with 23 years of experience in Research and Development, Knowledge Management, and Project. Management and Execution. Led a research team (MSc and PhD) towards associating
with biotech and pharmaceutical majors in the synthesis and hit to lead molecules for defined therapeutic targets.Research experience includes outstanding ability to
compile, analyse, evaluate and produce detailed reports on various projects. Dexterous in ensuring compliance to quality measures and maintenance of appropriate requisite
documentation as well as records. Exposure in planning and organizing day-to-day research activities and resolving procedural problem as appropriate to the timely accomplishment of research objectives. Exercised judgment within generally defined practices in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining research solutions. An effective communicator with excellent relationship management skills and strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
Mr. Kiran Tanpure,
Principal Scientist
Kiran has 20+ years’ experience in CRO industry in Synthetic Medicinal chemistry division, Scale up and process development. He has worked as scientific lead for multiple biotech and pharma partners to lead a team of >20 associates. He has extensive experience working on small heterocyclic molecules, library synthesis, PROTACS, Natural products, peptide and asymmetric synthesis. Kiran is taking care for
technical execution and strategic planning of complex, chemistry-driven programs. His leadership, scientific insight, and collaborative approach have been instrumental in driving innovation and delivering high-quality outcomes in competitive timelines. He did his master degree in Organic Chemistry from Pune University, Pune. Kiran has worked for leading CRO’s in India.
